Ana Katarina’s Lady is a Tramp necklace spotlights a head-turning pair of lips carved as a cameo in Brazilian red agate. (The designer took inspiration for the lips from those of both Hedy Lamarr, the actress and inventor, and her own daughter.) The cameo sits in an 18K yellow and rose gold setting in which it spins, with turquoise stones set at the edges, while the pendant sits on a gold chain. And in an added precious touch, “love” is inscribed multiple times on the reverse of the cameo.
